Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was fine. Table order plus a mini buffet. Staff got a couple of things wrong but that was ok. Parking was just across from the hotel and free.

With parking, seafront location, great beds.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location on the waterfront. Beautiful lobby and very professional and friendly staff. The restaurant is top notch with great service and very good pasta! The music in the lobby and restaurant makes you want to relax and enjoy a glass….or bottle of wine! Overall just an enjoyable stay.

Hotel is very modern. The only issues we had was getting information from the hotel staff about the city. We asked about reservations for a restaurant. They said that they would get back to me never did. I picked the hotel because of the parking. It was an issue because again staff park there. Overall I give them 4.5 stars

Beautiful hotel! Really appreciated the beautiful Christmas decorations! Room had a beautiful sea view! Breakfast was fantastic! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed our stay and would choose the hotel again!

Breakfast table service for special orders of fresh eggs and other dishes with a compact, but well-planned buffet, exceptional coffee and friendly professional service. Desk staff wonderfully helpful with directions, dining suggestions and making reservations. Beautiful new rooms, outstanding large bathrooms with great shower. Lovely new hotel that is perfectly located.

Our stay in The Grand Hotel Kalamata was perfect. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived and shown the hotel's car park nearby. Our room was very spacious and had a separate sitting area as well as 2 bathrooms (No. 210). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms had a full range of amenities. All the rooms were spotless and decorated to a high quality. The public areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and there were lots of seating options for meals. There was a wide range at breakfast and it was plentiful. We also ate dinner on one occasion in the hotel's restaurant. All the meals were very high quality and delicious. The staff were superb. They always greeted us with a smile and were friendly, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend The Grand Hotel Kalamata and plan to stay here again next time we are in Greece.

Our fourth stay, Athina in the lounge and the young men working breakfast changed our minds about the food and beverage staff which previously had been unorganized and the low point of our last stays...now, everyone provided the service you would expect from a 5 star! Great job.. we will be back again!

Brand new hotel. Very nice. "City view" rooms are more alley. But brand new and very nice. Great loukamadas in the square to the left and a faboulous local place to walk to well Taverena Katofli!! All the locals go, easy walk and excellent.

Great location. Great facility. Actual modern beds with comfortable mattresses and crisp bedding. New go-to choice for staying in Kalamata. Only downside for families is no kids under 12.

Great location on the esplanade. Beautiful bathroom! Good selection for breakfast. Hotel is jus a few years old so everything is new and seems to be well-maintained.

Beautiful hotel. Right on the water. Kalamata is very much a large city but this was a beautiful spot.

Clean room with comfortable pillows and bed. Private parking available.
