This is a new hotel on the block beautifully furnished modern great facilities and location. certainly will go again it was a great price

A lovely hotel great staff nice food comfy bed super location

Lovely location and very welcoming hotel. Room very clean but warm (due to weather which can't be helped ) bed warm very big and so comfy! The whole hotel was lovely a quiet. Breakfast perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Great location with nice rooms and atmosphere.

We liked the hotel very much overall during our 2 night stay, and the staff and breakfasts were excellent. However, there were too many dogs for our liking and we found the parking inadequate and had to park on an inconvenient road. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

good bed and good food reasonable priced there is also torb carvery cross the road if you want something different it's right on the beach great view

1 night stay over, great food, great room and comfort located ideally. Negative point - lack of parking spaces at the hotel front but many spaces available on the front road.

The rooms very comfortable. A bite noisy above ne at midnight!!

Brilliant overnight business stopover with an early start. The kitchen prepared a bacon bap for me in place of a breakfast due to my early check out time. Thanks to Bo who made this happen. I shall be back . Thank you

Pros Clean room Comfortable bed Good breakfast Cons Very bright external light outside our room as a result had difficulty sleeping. Small room Very limited onsite parking - street parking available but with time limit, Long walk from reception to the room. Not value for money.

Excellent stay again which was my 4th visit. Wonderful food and service by the hotel staff. I will be returning there again in the future. The only downside was not many available parking spaces in the hotel car park but there were just across the road or in the next road from the hotel so not a real issue. Location was very good and in walking distance to nearby St Annes Pier or St Annes Square for shopping.

Very clean and well appointed room. Single room was very small though, and noise ‘leakage’ from adjoining linked room. Would be ideal for child staying with parents.
