Bad experience staying in apartments that are said to be suites, units that are old and poorly maintained, no terrace locks and all room keys, closets full of disgusting black stains, bathrooms smelly and dim, I complained asking to move units were ignored on the grounds that it was not a big problem , the terrace lock is not there is it not a big problem? What if someone comes in? We were three girls, the unit was only on the 5th floor, after many complaints from me I checked in at 9 pm and came knocking on the door at 12 at night, I didn't open it because I had an odd bed in the next room to close the door to the room that wasn't there The key is, it's like I'm stuck with the rental unit in this apartment, I can't understand why the unit in such a bad condition is still being sold? Critical! Oh yes. Upfront asked for a deposit of 200 thousand which has not been returned for 2 days, I don't understand what the guarantee is for, even though there are no valuables, in fact everything is broken!
