It's excellent! I stay here every time I go to Chiang Mai. It's close to food, shopping, and entertainment – everything is nearby. There's plenty of parking; I never worry about parking. Or if I want to go somewhere else, I can just flag down a red songthaew (local taxi) right in front of the hotel. The food is good, and the staff are great.

Great service in a perfect location, easy to go anywhere, but the elevator is only one in the hotel, and sometimes when it gets too busy, you have to wait long to use it.

The hotel is located in Nimmanhaemin, making it convenient to explore the area around Nimmanhaemin Road. It's close to both One Nimman and MAYA Shopping Mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the only drawback is the limited parking. If you go out and return around 10 pm, there won't be any parking spaces available.

New, clean, luxurious, staff have a service-oriented mindset, and there are snacks and drinks available. I can't find anything to deduct points for.

Breakfast is the same every day, I repeat, every day. The taste is not delicious. The room is clean, as advertised, but the room is not soundproof. The next room played music until almost 2 a.m., whether it was the TV or people talking, you could hear everything, making it impossible to sleep well. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower hose did not have enough strength. And please be careful if you are traveling with children. The hotel has a mascot doll as decoration, and if children pick it up, it is easy to get damaged. And the hotel did not put up a sign saying "Do not touch"! The hotel is ready to charge for everything without even stating the value. They just said "the mascot is fragile." If it is fragile, it must be posted.
