I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, making it a perfect place to rest and relax. The location is not far from the city. In addition, the hotel is very close to the hospital, which makes it even more practical and reassuring. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is in the same location as the central hospital, for ample parking, but our sleep was disturbed because at 2-4 am outside the room and above our room it seemed like there were people drilling, shifting things, and unpacking, then this hotel has 6 lifts but only 2 lifts are in use so when it's busy we have to queue, thank you

The AC wasn't cooling, and even after calling, the result was the same. Upon check-in, the room wasn't clean enough. The door lock was problematic, resulting in a 15-minute wait to enter the room.

Very impressive, the hotel area, bedroom and toilet are clean, sleep is very comfortable, the food is very delicious with many varied menu choices 😍 parking is also free 👍 and the hotel staff are also very friendly 🤩🙏

Stayed here for a short vacation trip. When we reached, the hotel was quite crowded because of the holiday season, but the check-in process went smoothly. They handled many people pretty well even though there was a queue time. Location-wise, it’s close to the airport but a bit far from Manado city. Honestly though, if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, this place is perfect. The suite room was super spacious and really comfortable, plus the whole hotel feels quite modern, which we liked a lot. Tried the food as well and I have no complaints at all. There were so many options and everything we had was good. Overall, a really nice stay, especially if you just want to relax and enjoy the calm vibes.

The hotel staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Strategic location. Clean and modern design. Near the airport. You can also check-in early. Needs improvement on taste and variety of the breakfast food.

It's too complicated to deal with. I left something behind, and the hotel made it difficult to retrieve it, requiring an ID card even though it was just a small, worthless item. I've asked a relative to hand it over, but they still haven't given it to me. Very disappointing.

The hotel's soundproofing is poor. When an event happened to be taking place, it could be heard in the room. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and even at 2 a.m. in the morning, you could still hear the noise. Overall, the service was good, the cleanliness of the rooms and other areas was excellent, and the breakfast menu was varied.

We love to stay here because of the food, gotta admit that Sentra buffet is one of the best hotel buffet in Manado for us. But sadly, this time the experience is kinda bad. We booked a King suite room, specifically for the bathtub, but ended up didn't use it because the bathroom in our room is so stinky like something died in the drain.. Told the staff and they did come to try fix it, only work for a few hours and the smell is back. Hopefully the hotel can find the source of the problem and fix it, so the guest would feel more comfortable staying in there..

A great hotel for staycation with family, the room was clean and comfy only the bathroom smell a bit weird when we first run the shower. My kids love the swimming pool and i love the gym. The staff was friendly especially at the restaurant but when I checked in one of the staff took my id and she did’t return it right away, she probably didn’t tell her fellow about that so no one gave it to me when i check out. Thank God i didn’t forget that either, if so i’d have to go back and it’d take 4 hours from my home. But overall it was a great experience…

Very comfortable and I want to come back again. But please clean the pool so it's kid-friendly. The water is also too cold. Other than that, everything is the best 👍🏻🫶🏻
