This property felt so homely. After a long day of sight seeing and exploring it was like arrive home to your warm safe cosy second home. The room was always clean and tidy. We never ran out of toilet paper or had any issues with cleanliness. The kids double bunk beds were amazing! Our two boys loved them and would love them back at home now. The place felt secure and safe. The reception staff were always so friendly and helped us on various occasions. We always had tea bags we could collect on reception on the evening and even tried out some complimentary Saka. There was a convenient family mart right next to the suites which was 24hrs and we loved trying out new drinks and snacks and occasional hash brown. The shop was cheap compared to UK prices and you really could load up on water and drinks and stock them in your fridge. We were right next to the train station (3 -4 minutes walk) with kids. We used the train to get every where. But shops and bakery's and parks, cafes restaurants were all within walking distance. The location was quieter than some other parts of Tokyo it almost felt extra pleasant to come home to a quieter area. Loved this place and would highly recommend it we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Keep doing what you are doing Mimaru suites because our stay was unforgettable and wonderful.

Loved everything about our stay. We are traveling with a toddler which isn’t easy, but our room had everything we needed. There are also very sweet, thoughtful touches included. Like the opportunity to add art and utensils to our room from the gallery in the lobby. And some fun art projects for kids. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay for family of 4!

Clean, safe, family friendly, great staff, close to subway and Family Mart.

Ceilings are thin. The family upstairs were loud heel walkers and we could hear the baby all night, every night.

We loved our stay at Mimaru suites! The location was right next to the train station and a small convenience store. They had a sake tasting in the lobby every night and the staff was very nice. The hotel had great recommendations for dining in the area. The living room area was amazing - we stayed in and watched a movie one night and we were very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for families

Good location that is 2 minutes away from the train station and right next to a Family Mart for any late night convenience purchases. If I had the budget again, I will definitely choose here as the return lodging location

I really like the neighborhood the hotel was in. There were great restaurants around there and the community had a cool vibe. The rooms were great. Staff were helpful. Would stay here again

Great service and great staff

This is a great hotel for larger groups. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen and split bathrooms are convenient. They do events at this hotel, like sake tasting, for free.

If you like a quieter place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots then this is it! We booked “Suites” as we needed more space as a family of 5 and in suite laundry was important since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Location is great: only a couple of blocks from the nearest train station, grocery store within walking distance and a Family Mart on the same block. There are restaurants within walking distance too. Staff were all very friendly, and it was convenient to have rental items like a toaster oven, iron and umbrellas available. Would stay again!

We were traveling with a large family, and the suites were perfect for our needs, providing enough space without feeling cramped. The staff were friendly and were helpful with our questions. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer, traveling during the hot and humid summertime.

Comfortable stay for families, having an apartment with a washing machine was a.godsend. Would have been nice to have more pillows as they were a bit flat. Easy to get around

Excellent hotel. Only downside is location not very convenient, but not too bad because taxi to tokyo station is onlt 1500 yen. Need to walk a few block to find western breakfast.

This hotel was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of five, including 2 bathrooms and a combo washer/dryer. It was in a quieter neighborhood but still had a family mart and a few restaurants and is close to the train station. The staff was very friendly.
