Great and will stay again. Clean, friendly and helpful stacc. So much better than expected, I didn’t find the bar that expensive and the steps were steep but can always walk round but tbh it kept my holiday weight down!

Very clean, good location near the sea and everything. Be careful a lot if steps (may be 100) to access the beach and some (arround 20 ) to the pool, so with a baby and stroller it is complicated !!

The room was a good space Reception staff were plesant Beds are the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. Extremely noisy at night. Did sleep a whole night If you cant walk up steep steps or hills dont book . Its about 100 odd steps to shops and beach etc

It was a pretty nice room! Great getaway from the heat of Mallorca. Only downsides were the beds were pretty stiff and the stairwell up to the place was tough. Something uncontrollable was the fact that there were a bunch of college kids screaming late at night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sandra was very helpful when we checked in. The studio we booked was with sea view and it was beautiful I really recommend it, also it has all the amenities. The pool was great and Juan and August were very warm and welcoming too! There are many steps to get to the hotel as other people have pointed out so if you can’t walk up all the stairs this might not be the right place for you. Taxis are very expensive to get around. The hotel has the free beach shuttle that operates certain hours and you book with them. They take you down to the beach and take you back at the hotel, but if you want to go out for food in the evening the steps cannot be avoided unless you are ok to pay more than £30. To get to the hotel from Palma you either get a taxi for more than £50 and I guess depends on the month and how busy it gets or take the bus for less than £10 and then unfortunately go up the stairs holding the luggage(what I did). For me I love the hotel and I will be back but I need to say certain things that might not be ok for some people and need their accommodation to be easily accessible.

Exactly as described no frills, clean and close to the beach. There are a few step so if no able bodied or unfit then be prepared to be a little struggle

Lots of stairs

Everything was very nice, the area, clean, the service. The only thing is that the beds were really hard to sleep on. Not comfy.

The reception staff were excellent, they allowed us to leave bags with them until our next stay a week later. Helpful and informative. The rooms lack shampoo and basic food essentials in the kitchenette so you would have to buy them immediately on arrival. However there are restaurants, bars, and cafes and shops 5 minutes away. Set on a hill so we got a taxi back up around 4-5 euros.

The property was really nice and although Santa Ponca is a commercial resort it had a nice vibe to it, great beach and accessible to explore other areas. The view was lovely from the balcony and pool was great. There are lots of steps up to the complex from the town/beach which was ok for our family but some might find this a problem. We would definitely recommend this to others and return for another stay.

The accessibility of beach a little bit hard due to 175 steps (stairs)!

Would never stay at this property again. We never got our deposit money back after being told we would and also the property was full of ants everyday. The coloured was at reception was nothing but rude. I would not recommend this to anybody. Worst stay of my life.

Hair drier not working, towels all stain and no action were taken dispute complaints. The worse about the stay was the bad smell in one of the bedrooms. Check in late by 1.5h done at 4:30PM. Staff in reception were good.

Good place to stay. Not far from beachfront and easy to get taxi around. Staff friendly and responsive desk open 24 hours. Would recommend.

Great location if u don't mind the steps up to it , beds were rock hard and pool closed at 6 which I thought was a bit early but otherwise great place to stay x
