Room staff ok! but kids pool has no games and pool is not warm

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I went on my husband and baby's birthday, when checking in I asked the receptionist to help me order a cake and the receptionist offered to give me a cake (the cake was good quality and delicious). The breakfast buffet also has a lot of food, at 3-4 pm there is a mini chocolate party that the kids really like. The restaurant also has family meal sets which are very convenient if you are lazy to go out. However, the swimming pool does not have a water heating system, the day I went it was overcast and I stepped into the pool and it was freezing cold. My family has a private car so it is easy to go around exploring everywhere because it is far from the center, the hotel has an electric car service to fixed locations but it is by the hour. If you want to eat delicious seafood, drive 40 minutes to Ham Tien to eat. I am very satisfied with this vacation. My baby loves it.

The resort is very beautiful. Check in and check out only takes 1 minute. The space in the resort is always fragrant. All staff are enthusiastic. Especially the swimming pool rescue team works very hard. Suitable for families with children to relax.

Great hotel, swimming pool, breakfast, everything is great

The hotel's decor is in a pirate style, and the treasure trove is quite unique. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, spacious car parking, 2 spacious swimming pools, private towels, however there is no water play area for children. The room is clean, luxurious, with 2 toilets in the room, clearly separating the toilet and bathroom. I chose the best sea view room, but I couldn't see much because there would be another hotel balcony outside the balcony, blocking the view. There are many dishes for breakfast, especially delicious cakes. The beach is opposite the hotel so it's very close. When my family went to the beach, there was no one there, but the life guard still brought first aid kits and followed for support. I appreciate this service. Will come back here when I have a chance.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., so you have to wait a bit to get a room. The resort is beautiful and clean, the room is large and airy, and the location is convenient for children to play in the Novaworld safari and dinosaur cafe areas. Suitable for families with young children.

Everything is good, my children really like it here, convenient location to go to nova amusement parks, good take care staff, clean swimming pool, full utility services, minus point is that the breakfast buffet has too few dishes

The 5-star hotel's design is a bit small, the twin bed is very small for only 1 person unlike the picture, the spa receptionist is not friendly, seems to despise Vietnamese guests!

Breakfast here doesn't really suit my taste, BUT in the evening I ordered crispy sweet potato fries with mayo and cheese on top (I couldn't find the mayo and cheese anywhere). The weirdest thing is that MOCKTAILS come with a whole worm. The manager is ok, but I hate the staff at the restaurant.

Great place to stay not to be missed when coming to Phan Thiet

We traveled as a family of 7. Booked 2 rooms for 3 adults each with special request for connecting rooms. One of our room was connected to another family 's room, not with our other room and bathroom amenity was for 2 adults per room. Other than that, everything is good.
