Great view, close to playgrounds and the beach, suitable for families with small children, less travel. Food in and near the accommodation is good.

Movenpick's quality has gone downhill. The lobby and restaurant are extremely hot. Only after 3 days and 2 nights did we realize that the 4-5 star service is gone. The air conditioning system in the lobby and restaurant is very low, and there is no maintenance or upgrade. We will not come back.

If I come back to Movepick Phan Thiet, I definitely will. The food is not very diverse but the taste is ok, the cakes are delicious. The location is a bit far from the center, but if you can arrange a schedule to stay here for a complete vacation, it's ok, surrounded by Novaland's amusement parks/parks so it's also very interesting. The security guards are very enthusiastic and cute, and they also know how to take pictures, 10 points for them. The design is beautiful, I like the swimming pool area the most, beautiful and clean.

We have been to quite a few 4-5 star resorts from Vung Tau - Nha Trang - Da Nang but this is probably the worst one we have ever been to. In general, we are not satisfied with all aspects from service to food, it is not worthy and cannot be compared to any resort. Apart from the beautiful view at the swimming pool and the unique design, there is nothing special. When we first arrived and had not gotten off the car, the manager yelled at the security guard when he told the car to move back a bit. It made me feel like he was being yelled at because of me. From the check-in to the check-in, the customer experience was very bad, it felt like I was in a 3-star hotel which would have been better. The staff introduced themselves very hastily. The breakfast had many dishes but was bad.... in summary, I will never come back.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I went on my husband and baby's birthday, when checking in I asked the receptionist to help me order a cake and the receptionist offered to give me a cake (the cake was good quality and delicious). The breakfast buffet also has a lot of food, at 3-4 pm there is a mini chocolate party that the kids really like. The restaurant also has family meal sets which are very convenient if you are lazy to go out. However, the swimming pool does not have a water heating system, the day I went it was overcast and I stepped into the pool and it was freezing cold. My family has a private car so it is easy to go around exploring everywhere because it is far from the center, the hotel has an electric car service to fixed locations but it is by the hour. If you want to eat delicious seafood, drive 40 minutes to Ham Tien to eat. I am very satisfied with this vacation. My baby loves it.

Beautiful location right at Novaworld, next time I will stay a few more days to use the spa at the hotel
