good, no additional costs already using AC

The room price doesn't match the price offered via Traveloka. I had to pay an additional fee for 2 rooms.

I stayed for two nights from Bengkulu City and took three rooms. My room had twin beds, no small table for storing small items, no chairs, and the phone charging socket was high above the floor/table, leaving my phone hanging. The bucket was just an old paint bucket. The towels were worn and torn. The receptionist still needs training for better service. The general staff, however, were very modest.

The bed is comfortable, but there are many shortcomings...starting from there being no towels, like there being no toothpaste or soap, some of the plug sockets are broken..

The receptionist service is unfriendly and convoluted. What we ordered did not match the application and was charged additional fees outside the application. The system and service should be improved in the future😇

Disappointed, my mother was charged an additional fee of 50,000. The hotel said there was a price difference between the actual price at the hotel and the price on Traveloka.

It's good but the ace is a bit less cool.

The mattress is no longer suitable for use, the guard has no ethics and very low hospitality.

The price did not match the one in the application, when I arrived at the inn I was asked to add more. I had already brought a lot of luggage.

The rooms are clean, the food is also okay, only there are no towels in the room, when requested only one is given per room, while there are six of us, in the morning they are given free coffee and hot tea, okay for the family.
