I stayed for 2 days, in general it was ok and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Not recommended. 1. As soon as we entered, the smell was not good at all (mixed between the smell of garbage, sewers, undried laundry), especially the bathroom area. There was a wet mat in the bathroom, we took it out to the balcony. 2. The floor was not dry when we entered, so we re-mopped the entire room when we first entered 3. When we went out, and entered the room again, the smell was still there. Finally we bought air freshener and we sprayed it every time we entered the room. Almost finished 1 bottle of air freshener during our 3-night stay 4. There were a lot of ants in several places, so we bought ant chalk and we sprayed the ants with the air freshener 5. No toilet tissue 6. Had a power outage because the electricity token ran out. Reported at 7 pm, was given a token at half past ten at night. 7. Had a hot water not coming out when taking a morning shower. 8. The pillows are really hard if there is a choice, it's better to look for another one, there are many rooms in the same apartment that are also for rent.

The staff who served were very friendly and communicative, but the AC in the TV room was broken so it was hot and there were lots of ants.

The place is pretty good, but there is no internet, a gallon of water only lasts 1 day, it is no longer supplied. Electricity is only 1300VA, when a lot of equipment is on, especially electric stoves or water cookers, the electricity will turn off because it is not strong.
