The rooms here are quite clean, fully equipped. Breakfast is delicious, however the meat for bread seems to be expired.

I booked two rooms for my family and both were satisfactory. The bathroom was beyond expectations, the staff was friendly and clean. The breakfast was okay.

The room was beyond expectations, we booked the room urgently but it was very satisfactory, my whole family liked it, if we come back to Sapa we will still stay here.

That day I arrived in Sapa early so I was supported to check in early at the medical room.

I had a room at the front with a view over the valley. The hotel is on a busy, narrow road which was interesting to watch as it is quite a steep hillside either direction. Loads of choice at breakfast, accommodating staff. I arrived early way before checking time but as soon as my room was ready they let me use it. It was not far up the hillside to the town with several eateries to choose from. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Would certainly stay there again

Room is specious, water heater works, the room is clean & the floor look clean but when u wipes it with tissue, omg…. So dirty. I booked “studio 1 bedroom” The room can fit for 4 persons tho It is exactly like in the picture they posted. The hotel is beside the “yummy restaurant” my friend order the hot wine, she said it wasn’t that good. And i order pork with chili n lemongrass something, I wasn’t great either, haha.. in sapa, go to CONG cafe for good coffee, for food : white cloud, casa Italian pizza ( klu gk salah ), sama yg di kota jg enak2.

Room is ok, breakfast is a bit small, dinner is a bit bland, overall for 7d I booked for 3 nights for a family of 6 people, 3 children, room with 3 double beds, 2 bedrooms, 5.2 million, 1 child is free for 3 years old, 4 years old and 6 years old have extra charge

The room is more beautiful than in the picture. It is bigger than in the picture. The room is spacious, clean and very big. The price is not expensive.

The room is big, but when I got out of the elevator, the path to the room was dark. Even though it was already evening, the lights weren't turned on. There were a few oddities 😁.

I rate this hotel 10 points. Reasonable room price, nice location, delicious and rich breakfast, enthusiastic staff, quick and thoughtful service. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

The room has a bit of a damp smell due to the weather, hopefully it will be better when I come in the dry season.
