Ok hotel with swimming pool, fireworks view on the beach, ok rooftop

booked Junior Deluxe Double Room 25m2 but received room was only about 20m2. When checked in, the room opposite and the house was under repair so it was dusty. Bathroom drainage is poor.

The hotel has no soundproofing at all. At 6:30 in the morning the guests started making noise. The upper floors were packed. Overall bad.

I went at the end of summer so the sun was very hot in HL, when I just got off the car, the staff enthusiastically came out to hold an umbrella for us. The staff was very friendly and welcoming even though we checked out 20 minutes late. The rooms were clean, there was a swimming pool upstairs, the hotel was centrally located so it was convenient to move around. I stayed in a room on the top floor so it was in the attic, the room was a bit small but had a cool ceiling fan, I mainly went to visit the bay so the room was okay, but if you want a bigger room, you can upgrade to a bigger room for comfort. Overall, my experience at the hotel here was quite good, I will come back next time

A bit disappointed with the room and the receptionist's behavior when checking in. Breakfast was also bad. Ncl was not good at all.

Booked a room for 2 days, but when I got there, the receptionist took me to the motel next door, probably because Lavender was out of rooms :((. He even said "If you stay here temporarily, I'll move you to a better room tomorrow", moving rooms is a waste of time. room cleaning time so I don't agree. The room is very spacious and has a comfortable bathtub. It's about 1km from the beach. However, the buffet breakfast is not as diverse as introduced. Pho is okay.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful in getting a taxi to Hanoi at a reasonable rate.
