Got the price 200k, location ok, everything ok, comfortable.

Picked up at 13:00, late check out permit until 1 am is not possible, payment via qris is also not available. Customer service can be improved again.

Why hasn't my PayLater been returned yet?

Nginap di sini dengan istri dan anak tapi pas check in masih di pastikan sudah nikah apa belum, sempat ditanya buka nikah juga (ya kali masih ada orang kemana-mana bawa buku nikah). Akhirnya saya tunjukkan foto kartu keluarga. Kalau sempat ga ada KK ga tau tuh bisa check in atau tidak. Setelah masuk kamar lemari di sebelah tempat tidur di dalamnya ada bekas makanan tamu sebelumnya yang belum dibersihkan dan sudah berbau dan ada belatungnya. Ketika lemari sudah diganti dengan yang baru oleh staff nya pas pas akan ditaruh itu rada dibanting, kurang tau alasannya kenapa. Selain hal tersebut kondisi kamar, tempat tidur, dan kamar mandi baik dan bersih, air kamar mandi juga bagus, ac dingin. Parkiran penginapannya juga luas. Tolong sikap staff nya saja yang perlu diperbaiki agar lebih baik lagi.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and cheap.

The hotel is clean, near the city center, the air conditioner is not cold enough, the staff is not friendly, non-official couples don't expect to be able to stay overnight.

For that price, it's very good, the room is nice, What needs to be improved: curtains need to be washed, the room must be cleaned every day.

The air conditioner finally cooled down after 2 hours. Soap runs out. The lights are starting to get dim. There is hot and cold water in the bathroom.

The accommodation is very nice. Cold air conditioner, clean room, cold hot water. Highly recommended.
