You have to make a check-in appointment one day before. After that, you have to make an appointment to pick up the keys 1-2 hours before check-in time. After that, you have to download the Travelio app again to complete the check-in process. Register again on the app and transfer a deposit of Rp300,000. After the transfer and approval process are complete, you can enter the unit. I made an appointment to pick up the keys at 2:00 PM (according to the specified check-in time). It turned out I had to wait for the staff to reclean for almost 2 hours. I was only able to enter the unit at 3:56 PM. I was told to wait again because the pillowcases hadn't been installed. They said they would try to get them as soon as possible but couldn't specify how long it would take. I refused and said I would wait for them to be installed. 20 minutes later, the staff came back and installed the pillowcases. There is a balcony, but it can't be opened because it's locked. They said it can't be opened because the key was lost by the previous tenant. There is no hot water facility either. In conclusion, I will not be staying here again.

New room is clean and fragrant. Complete facilities such as cutlery are available. Foodcourt, restaurant & traditional market are in the basement 😊.

No water heater. But overall was good.
