Overall, the prices are quite reasonable for the area. However, the facilities are rather old, and the air conditioning is too hot. I was given a room change, which was improved but still a bit hot. Hopefully, the hotel will improve this. I had a pretty good experience here.

According to the hotel's check-in process, when you sign the check-in - checkout form, the staff will guide you to the signing location, write your phone number, the amount paid or not? and the check-in - checkout time for guests on that form! When you want to stay longer or check out late, you must notify the reception in the morning to see if there are any rooms available that day! The bed legs are loose, the bathroom is a bit dirty, stayed for several days but no staff came to clean. The room is poorly soundproofed, a bit stuffy because there is no window. The minus point is the bed is very poor quality.

Friendly staff. Enthusiastic Central location, near Go, near An Dinh palace. —— However, the room is small, not soundproof, people passing by can hear clearly, the room does not have a kettle. The old air conditioner did not turn on at first, I asked the staff to check it because the battery was dead. After changing the battery, it was ok, but after a long time of turning on, the air conditioner made a loud noise and I could not sleep. There is no power outlet at the head of the bed (this is something I will share, but it is not required)

The hotel is ok, the receptionist has a few cute people but there is a girl with a very unpleasant face. I asked for a bottle of water while the friend was eating, turned around to take a look, then stood up to get it with a very unpleasant look on her face. Cleaning the room is not clean. I left the trash neatly on the table for the staff to clean up, but when I returned to the room, the water bottle was already used and the trash was still there. The sink was also left dirty.
