Overall good, even though the hotel needs to renew some of their facilities but the room is wide, the bathroom also clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly during the check-in process.

stay here, the hotel location is very good in the middle of the city, old school hotel but still maintained, the AC looks old but in terms of function it is still very good. what is disappointing is the breakfast, for a hotel that is said to have stars, it doesn't provide a buffet when I was here, and the taste is not really good, it feels like for a star hotel, breakfast is not a buffet because maybe the visitors are a little less proper, especially given a taste that almost has no taste, the rest is still okay both in terms of facilities and service

Asked for the top floor but got the 1st floor hehe.

This was my first time staying at a hotel and the lights were out and the cleanliness of the room, pillows and sheets were really shabby.

Honestly, the sheets need to be replaced because they are really dirty, very worn out and don't smell good.

Have stayed at Pangrango several times. In addition to the price is quite affordable, the location is also strategic and close to places to eat and botanical gardens. The service is also friendly, the facilities are okay even though the building is old. For breakfast the menu is standard, salad + fruit, cereal, black sticky rice porridge, chicken porridge, bread + jam, coffee + tea + fruit juice and heavy meals.

a magnificent hotel in its time.. but currently there are several things and facilities that need to be repaired or improved.. for example: the floor carpet which in my opinion needs to be replaced, the room sofa which in my opinion needs to be replaced, the elevator needs to be added (because there is only one small elevator for guests to get on and off), and the food should be prepared better (both in terms of availability and taste), etc.. thank you for your service..

One of the hotels with a strategic location, can go to BTM, Bogor Botanical Gardens, Zoological Museum, and Surya Kecana Market. The staff are all very friendly, the food is delicious. It's just that there was a mystical experience, which I think is a pity for people who are afraid. suddenly someone knocked on the window at 1 am even though it was on the 3rd floor, because I was brave I opened the window. it is understandable because the hotel is old but seriously this is a well-maintained and comfortable hotel ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fast check in, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Cheap price, all ok. This is the second time staying at Grand Pangrango. If I go to Bogor, I will definitely come back 👍👍❤️☺️

First, the door is a bit difficult to close, when entering the room there were no towels and sandals, delivered at night, the pool is not kids friendly because for a 3 year old child the height of the pool is 90cm, it is not comfortable. The pool is not big enough for a crowded weekend guest, the breakfast menu is mediocre when we arrived there was only papaya, hot water for coffee is not hot.. the taste of vegetables and side dishes is bland, the salad is also mediocre.. sorry

I think I've stayed at Hotel Pangrango 3 times. It never disappoints. Hopefully it will always be maintained.

The hotel's location is strategic, the rooms are quite good because there is a minibar, but the breakfast is not very varied, many of the items are sold out but not refilled, otherwise it's okay.

The hotel is strategically located, there is a swimming pool although small, but nice and comfortable. The check-in time should be improved. We came to check in at 3, only about 45 minutes waiting, until being asked back and forth. Hahaha. We just received the key at 4 pm. Waited a long time, but the staff was friendly. It was nice. Old hotel, but nice.

for the room is very comfortable because the room is spacious and there is a living room ... the bathroom is also clean and spacious there is a bathtub. but unfortunately there is no hot water. the air conditioner is definitely cold because the Bogor area is already cool. for breakfast I don't really like it. the taste is lacking and the choices are not many, it seems random for the presentation ... the location of the hotel is on the side of the road and close to public facilities. to the botanical garden and the mall is just a walk away. around there are many cafes and food vendors. for the price according to budget. next time I stay here again but if you eat, it's better to look for something around it's better.

1. all the staff are very friendly and cool 2. the dueluxe double room is spacious, comfortable, please don't remove the bathtub because it helps children swim. 3. the food is quite tasty because this is what the Chef must maintain, not many choices but the taste is there and if possible the spices are bolder 4. near mcd, bk, Dominos, cimory, behind mcd and bk there are many snacks, just walk, boss, jog + snacks, next to the hotel there is an Elizabeth outlet 5. for the owner, if possible, just replace the carpet or wash it, clean the swimming pool because this is one of the hotel's attractions, 6. will come back again, 3 days 2 nights my child said it was not long enough thank you Grand Pangrango Hotel thank you happy happy happy

Everything is pretty good even though the equipment is old, the TV is still a setbox. Keep improving.

I've stayed here several times every time I go to Bogor, twice I was really disappointed with the breakfast.. it would be better not to provide a breakfast bundle rather than forcing me to eat very mediocre food, at 7 am most of the food is already gone and not refilled.. the chicken is super tough, the green bean porridge with uncooked beans is terrible.. it would be better to serve food that is easy to make like sausages, cereals etc. so it's safe.
