The service is very good, my complaint about the air conditioning not being cool enough was immediately followed up, the staff and security are all friendly and kind, the swimming pool is the best.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Absolutely amazing for the price under half a million! Thanks for Grand G7!

when checking in had to wait around 35 minutes because the room wasn't ready. but for the rest I give it an A. highly recommended to stay here

Stayed here because I wanted to watch the SVT concert, all in all good, from the friendly receptionist, the security guard was very helpful, stay healthy sir 🙌

The hotel is quite clean, comfortable and the location is quite strategic.

Overall 90% good. But there is a problem where there are still new buildings where the TV facilities can only be used for channels even though there is Netflix and YouTube. Always buffering. Please improve it further

Overall the hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious, the food is delicious but not very varied... and there is no swimming pool for small children, so the little ones are a bit disappointed not to be able to swim.

Staying at Harlys Residence is my subscription every time I go to Jakarta. The place is very comfortable, the service is good. The location is strategic, close to the Central Park Mall and the Orchid Garden, you can walk. For food, don't doubt there are many foods near Harlys Residence
