The location is right on the side of the road, access to the location is very easy. Good service, satisfactory service.

Clean, strategic in the middle of Ambarawa, sufficient amenities, the hotel staff are very friendly, informative, very kind in helping us park & get out, helping us carry our luggage.

Got a room on the top floor. Surprised when I entered there was an Aqua bottle that had been drunk. Not a whole or new bottle. Didn't get a toothbrush and toothpaste. Didn't get shampoo. Only a small bar of soap. Only 1 towel even though the order on the app was for 2 adults. I thought it was not enough. When I asked the officer, it was true that I only got 1 towel. This doesn't make sense. How can there be a standard for accommodation like that. The partition walls are not brick so sound goes through. The bathroom floor drain is clogged. There is no trash can in the bathroom. The water is very small. Taking a shower takes a long time. The hot water works at the beginning. At the end it doesn't work or isn't hot. Even though it's been set to high. I gave a score based on the comparison with the price. Because in other places with the same price it can be much better.

For the facilities, hopefully they will be improved again, such as adding a bad cover, 2 towels, amanitis such as coffee sugar and also a kettle for boiling water. For cleanliness, it is good but it must be improved again because the last time before I checked out, there was change in the drawer. Overall good

there is only one type of room, but the apps are different. TV there, but can not connect to the internet, conventional TV channels also do not exist. You better not say it on TV. Hot water? just a display. It couldn’t turn on at all. I got coffee and tea, but when I saw the sugar with ants, I doubted how long it had been stored. The bathroom partition is not upstairs, like an extra space.

The staff was not friendly, even rude in service, the bathroom was flooded, our feet kept getting wet every time we went to the bathroom and the bathroom door didn't have a lock, I paid for the room 3 days after the problem I mentioned above, finally on the second day I went straight checked out, so no recommendation.

This hotel is not suitable for staying, because the service does not meet expectations. The service was very bad, the water didn't flow from the afternoon when there was an event in the afternoon, they didn't shower at all, even though they had reported it but there was no quick action from the hotel management. Very disappointed for the second time staying at the Anna Inn Hotel.

For a close location, not too far from the railway museum, the wardrobe is big, the hotel is a bit dusty for the Ougenville room, the AC can't be optimally cold, in the Lavender room the water heater facility can't be used & the TV also can't be watched because there are no channels & The WiFi is set to have no network. I've asked the man on duty to help, he said he's not the one who handles WIFI matters. It's a bit BT that the children wanted something to watch at night, because check-in was also at dusk, but thank God they were able to sleep even though it was a bit hot early in the morning.
