8 of us stayed here for the recent Rugby finals in Bilbao - mainly because it was the only hotel we could find that offered reasonable value for money (downtown hotels asking £700+ per room per night for that weekend) As the name says this is a budget hotel but it was fine for us. Easy to get to centre of Bilbao on regular trains (station 15 minute walk) Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no other dining options. Some cafes and restaurant over the bridge in the main part of the town

Check in was very slow. After a long drive you don't want to be editing around. Then when I got yo the room the door key hadn't been programmed properly so the floor wouldn't open. Back to reception to get it sorted

Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!

Hotel was fine but the walk to the train station felt very unsafe ans one building we passed looked like 1950's East Berlin

The staff were nice and breakfast was good, but the room was tiny and really cramped for 2 people. There was only one pillow on the bed, and no sheets, just the duvet. The area around there is low income, so walking a short distance into town was worrisome, and only one restaurant was open on a Sunday, and it had 5 things on the menu. Very overpriced for what we got. I am staying in a much nicer hotel tonight near that hotel for half the price.

Genuinely perfect, couldn't ask for more. Especially at such a cheap price.

In general it's okay place to sleep, only but no outlets near bed, so if battery low and no long cable then not possible chill, charge while lay on bed

Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy.

The Hotel is excellent for a budget Hotel, staff very friendly, there english is very good, very handy if you're going to the port as its only 20 minutes away, the only downside is, is not very easy to find, it even confused the Sat Nav, my advise when you get lost (and you will) is reset you're Sat Nav and it will take you straight there, apart from that i would definitely recommend it

Buena relación calidad precio. Buena ubicación si vas de paso. Aparcamiento en la misma calle gratuito. Personal muy atento, habitaciones sencilla, confortable, aunque le faltaba limpieza. Snacks correctos para un cena rápida

Hotel a 15min de Bilbao. Sencillo pero limpio y bien cuidado. Personal amable y atento. Estacionamiento fácil delante del hotel.

Supertrevlig personal, hjälpsamma och trevliga. Rummet är som på alla Ibis vi bott på, trånga…. men hyfsat billiga. Frukosten överraskar, bra och tillräckligt utbud.
