Wonderful experience

Lovely hotel, brilliant pool and spa facilities Just be careful in the sauna if you blush easily!! Beautiful surroundings

The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff.

The hotel rooms were small but comfortable. There is no air conditioning but a large fan in the room dealt with the heat. The area is quite nice with excellent dining options. We had a little trouble finding it but once we called it was easy.

We love this property. All staff are great. Quiet and restful.

A wonderful place to stay in the center of the delightful village of Clervaux.

I am frequently staying at this property during my business visit in Luxembourg for almost 20 years.

Great hotel in fabulous location

A lovely well looked after hotel (seems to be part of the other town centre hotel) great room, apart from a dodgy window blind & noisy joists from the room above. There did seem to be a shortage of bar / restaurant staff - fabulous food (dinner for 1 was almost the same price as the room) & painfully slow.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Very accommodating. We stayed two nights in order to see Bastogne which was only about 25 min away. If we go back to the area to visit we'll be sure to stay at Hotel Koener!

Three properties are merging into one. The layout is confusing. We were never sure which hotel we were staying in or where to go to check out. That being said, it is a lovely property in a great location with fine restaurants within steps of the hotel. Laura, the manager for most of our stay worked very hard to help us through the property confusion. Her level of dedication and professionalism was quite impressive and made our stay very pleasant.

The worst and uncomfortabled bed i sleep…

We stayed the weekend here at the charming hotel in the heart of the downtown in Clearvoux, Luxemburg. The room we had overlooked the main square and was very well appointed and kept. There are several good restaurants and site to see in the village and it's a wonderful escape from the busy holidays. We had some snow, but it was not an issue with the staff or the village to manage.

Hotel is right at the base of the castle in Clervaux, which is great. I included the breakfast in my stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the croissants. Huge Bathroom and my room was very spacious...clean crisp sheets on bed. Furniture was fine...Would have liked thicker towels...and room temp was too warm. I had to sleep with window open all night to cool it down. But otherwise, I would return here for sure.

Excellent restaurant for evening meal.

A lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Yes, you're a bit of a captive audience in a small town, but the location was perfect for our motorbike trips around Luxembourg and the surrounding countries. The secure underground car park was perfect too.

Very Good Hotel right in the heart of the picturesque little town of Clervaux. Great location for a self-indulgent, relaxed, pampering holiday, with plenty of ease and comfort. The true Stars of the Hotel are the Staff. Competent but friendly, easy and full of Fun. Kind of "make yourself at home" and will "happily" do the running around for you. The other great thing is that within ten minutes of the hotel you have so much choice of eateries, all offering good quality food if not very good. For the more energetic folks the hills and woods around Clervaux offer plenty of opportunity for walks and exercise. Nordic walking is a favourite. I personally recommend an ascent to the Benedictine Monastery on the hill above the town, walking through beautiful woodland and not too demanding. Peaceful, soulful and very tranquil. Then back down to town to pamper yourself again. Castle and Museums on offer too, all within an easy walk or via lift. Find out for yourself and indulge in the easy life. Great choice of beers! Great walk to the Abbey in the morning

The hotel is stylish. Breakfast buffet is good with plenty of space in the dining area. Our room was large but if you open the windows for fresh air the traffic noise is very loud. There is no other ventilation for your room. Beware that the temperature of the water in the showers can change suddenly from normal to very hot or cold and this could be a problem, particularly for children. A comfortable hotel.
