Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff

The hotel was under renovation while I was there. I had two stays and management ignored my complaints about the elevator to the pool being unavailable. On my second stay they offered a fruit basket, but this does not make up for undisclosed construction, the lobby smelling of paint, being woken up at 730am to heavy machinery and workers standing out side of my hotel room for hours until I was moved into another room. It's illegal in Brazil to not disclose contruction, the hotel doesn't allow cancelation on Expedia (it's also against Expedia policy to not disclose renovations). By what was left I expect by mid to late July 2026 the construction should be done. If you're looking to book soon, I wouldn't do it. No one can relax when tile is being cut...

This was a very unique boutique hotel. The restaurant setting in an atrium with view of the opera house was amazing and the menu and quality of food was in keeping with the setting. The staff was super helpful and friendly as well. Our room was good. We had one queen bed and one small single bed. The only complaint is the shower stall would overflow and spill onto the floor. However, it flowed into a drain in the corner. The location was perfectly located across from the historic opera house and a plaza with many restaurants and entertainment in the evenings. I highly recommend it and would stay there again if we ever make it back to Manaus.

Check-in screwed up. 2pm check-in became 4:30pm. Hotels have a few things to do, to get 5***** Fast check-in, clean room, hot shower, tasty breakfast, etc. Bad start. Otjerwise, nice place!

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful - location was great - included breakfast was delightful. Would definitely recommend! (Directly across the street from the Opera House - be sure to take a tour!!)

Beautiful property with an amazing view from the squeaky clean rooftop pool. The hotel breakfast is excellent with familiar items for US/European travelers as well as local favorites to try. The fruit is amazing. We had a great view of the famed Opera House and enjoyed happy hour on the square nearby. There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby but don't overlook the hotel restaurant and bar. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and a wonderful dinner. But all of these things were topped by the wondeful staff. Everyone was unfailingly warm and helpful.

Shower no WARM(they dont have Hot water in shower)water. Warm water just drips ( no pressure). I’ve stayed here more than ince and they always have this same problem. ( sometimes NO WARM WATER IN SHOWER). Smart move is to pick other hotel

Pleasant hotel in the best part of the historic center of Manaus near the Amazon Theater/Opera and some very nice restaurants, including the hotel's. The staff were friendly and helpful

It's a lovely hotel and we enjoyed staying here! there were a couple of issues with our room but the staff were very accommodating and made things right with no problems. We'd stay here again gladly. Great location, easy to find taxis and use Uber.
