Order 1 single room and 1 family room, for the family room it's good, only the AC is not cold enough, for the single room 🙏 the AC is noisy (room 35) but overall it's good, thank you Amarta Hotel

It's just that yesterday there were no towels in the room.

The water smells of mud. No towels provided. Soap and toothbrush.

We stayed here for 3 days. Every morning we were given delicious, fragrant hot tea. We were given a towel per person. The staff were friendly, polite and kind. The AC was super duper cold here for 3 days and it was very comfortable. The location is close to Malioboro and can be walked to. The toilet smells clean and the water is strong. The location is according to the photo. The price is super cheap with service and comfortable rooms. Next time we will go to this hotel again if we go to Yangy, it is highly recommended!

Old hotel but clean & comfortable. Strategic location, just walking distance to Malioboro. Friendly staff. Morning get hot tea but no mineral water. Usually in the room already provided 2 bottles of free mineral water. No towels & toiletries provided.

-TV not working (we stayed in rooms 32 and 34) -No hot water facilities -The tap in room 34 kept dripping -Car parking is difficult -The price does not match the facilities provided -No tissue -Towels and blankets smell -Dirty sheets -Rooms are only cleaned once every 2 days -No toilet for guests in the lobby

The location is very good, near to everything

this hotel is not 4star, is more like 2/3 star.. you get what you paid for here, dont expect more.. but overall, they met my spesific request prior my arrival tho and it was the good thing about this hotel.. i requested for a clean bedsheet with fresh smell and the clean bathroom as well and they did it for me.. but the bedroom floor was terrible, there were a lot of hairs on the floor when we enter the room, it is so easy to notice since the hair is very long and too many of them and also the floor is white so its visible.. the hotel location is one of the best for the price, you get access to city center very easy within walking distance.. and is also located approx. 100m from malioboro street, its just 2mins walk. the TV does not work :( there is no amenities at all in the room, even the towels were provided at night not prior checkin. the AC is not the best one.

Very easy, perfect for families with a homey atmosphere. The AC is too cold

I got a room on the 3rd floor, the stairs are quite steep. The room is small and the bed is also small, there are no toiletries provided, there are no towels either. Luckily the AC works quite well, only the hot water is sometimes not available for bathing.

to sleep all night is worth it, especially if you are the type of tenant who likes to go everywhere and not stay at the hotel because we hold our own keys. the distance is close to malioboro. the road to the hotel is also still crowded even though we go home late. get hot tea early in the morning. even though we only use a fan but it's already cold. the caretaker is very friendly. only the cleanliness under the bed and in the room is still lacking. but overall it's okay 👍

Expensive price, poor facilities, please improve

Hmmm, the room and bed are small and the bathroom is dirty, the water doesn't flow smoothly.

According to budget, if it's just for sleeping, it's quite good.
