The service was very friendly, and I was helped with a free room upgrade.
However, the room was very small, and the bathroom was incredibly cramped. There was no balcony. Renovations were underway on the top floor, making it very noisy. Drilling was still going on until 5:20 PM, and by 9:00 AM, there was already the sound of hammering.
The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, making it quite boring. The restaurant is also small.
This hotel's only advantage is its accessibility, as it's close to Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro, accessible through the side of the hotel.
Otherwise, it's just average; not kid-friendly. The swimming pool also looks outdated.
