The hotel was very clean and fragrant. Rooms were close to the elevator, with no long hallways. The service was friendly and warm.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Ashley Tang Menteng. We received a welcome drink and vouchers redeemable for snacks. The hotel's location is strategic, close to Sarinah, and there are plenty of street food and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, with Martha and Muthi handling check-in and check-out quickly. The hotel room is quite large and clean. Breakfast was quite good and tasty. The restaurant staff are friendly and responsive. One thing that needs improvement is the coffee, which isn't very tasty.
