Friendly and enthusiastic staff

I live on the 4th floor, the wifi is a bit weak, making it difficult to work online or study online, but in return, the home is very warm, fully equipped, the staff is super cute and enthusiastic, choosing to stay at the home contributed to creating a wonderful and complete vacation for me.

The room is clean and beautiful, the staff are enthusiastic and very attentive. The only problem is that the hotel's location is quite steep, you can ask the staff for help.

We lived in this hotel in a room with a balcony for 2 days. Honestly, I don't understand the rave reviews on Google Maps, the room is old, dirty, stains of unknown origin on the ceiling, ants and termites everywhere. We asked to change the towels to fresh ones as the towels smelled terrible. They changed it for us, but the situation did not change, the towels still smelled unpleasant, and the manager did not respond to a repeated request. We asked to do something about the ants, but no action was taken on this matter either. We bought the poison ourselves and dealt with the pests ourselves! Later we found a dead cockroach in the room. There is no view from the balcony, so I don't see any point in paying extra for it. The balcony overlooks the neighboring house where students live, so the windows have to be kept closed to avoid uninvited glances. The room has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, there is a lot of dust and dried dirt, the slippers provided in the room require updating, apparently they are not washed after each guest. I rarely write reviews, but here I was so upset that I felt sorry for paying the full cost of the stay - I think the price should be lower or it would be better not to rent out such a room at all. I decided that the hotel management needed to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, update at least the towels and slippers, and carry out a large-scale cleaning of ants and cockroaches.

The room is spacious, but a bit dusty and feels a bit old. The slope is very steep, a bit scary when running up and down. Good price!

Đường Trần Khánh dư đang sữa nên rất dơ, xe Thành Bưởi không chở vô được, phải đi bộ từ đầu đường vào KS! Lúc đi về cực khổ vô cùng! khách sạn nằm dưới một con dốc rất cao, thẳng đứng, hẹp nên đi lại rất bất tiện! khách sạn bị ẩm mốc, trần WC phòng mình ở bị nhiểu nước, khăm tắm dơ, WC bị hôi! Phòng dọn dẹp cũng không sạch! Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại!

The hotel is located on a rather steep slope, which in my opinion is a wall, not a slope :) New room, ok facilities, each room is in the toilet area, why is it smelly :( The plus point is that the reception is very enthusiastic and cute. However, next time I come to Da Lat, I will not stay at this hotel :)
