The room was damp and there were no clothes hangers. Communicating with housekeeping staff was also difficult because it was located in a different building from the hotel.

When it rains the room leaks, the bathroom is dirty, there is no doormat outside the bathroom, the AC is not cold, the service is unresponsive; Complained about asking to move rooms, the answer was that it was full. Asked to clean the bathroom 1 hour later and then came, because I didn't feel comfortable and I needed to shower, finally I cleaned it myself. It sucks. I won't stay here again if I go to Kendal.
