The infinity pool was a favourite spot, and the overall environment made it easy to unwind and enjoy the island atmosphere. Food: Food was enjoyable with a good selection, especially during breakfast. The variety and quality were just nice — comforting without being over the top. Staff Assistance: The staff really made a difference, especially Azril, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and approachable. He went the extra mile by upgrading my room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay feel special. Highlights: The standout moments were the stunning sunset views, the relaxing infinity pool, and the thoughtful service that made everything feel effortless. The complimentary room upgrade was definitely a highlight that I truly appreciated. Price: For the level of comfort, service, and experience provided, the price felt very worthwhile and fair. Location: Located near Pantai Tengah, the hotel is perfectly situated — close enough to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

Pros: The Resort looks new and all the facilities were top-notch. Location was great couldn’t ask for more it was walking distance to Hidden Bar. All the small details contribute to the 5 star rating. The view and pool on level5 was our first place to go right after breakfast. Cons: The receptionist who checked us in was not well-trained. The cardholder didn’t state Resort phone number. The shower area levelling wasn’t sloped enough so the water doesn’t drain well hence the floor is always wet. The shampoo and body soap could be better quality, my hair was already frizzy cause of the sea, the resort could provide some conditioner. Staffs: some are friendly and some are just there for the paycheck. For a 5 star resort, I suggest some training for them.
