Stayed for 2 days. Arrived at 2:00 PM and the villa hadn't been cleaned. The back kitchen was extremely dirty, with underwear scattered around. There were also lots of ants. The stove couldn't be used, and towels and toiletries were missing. On weekdays, the villa area felt deserted and the lighting was poor. Everything else was fine.

With this budget, I think it's enough

Location is strategic, very close to many shops and pusat oleh-oleh However the house smells like its never taken care of, the bed was dirty and the clock battery is off, there is kitchen utensils but with that level of hygiene we dont want to use any of them.

The house is actually comfortable, simple but there is a broken wall, the stove is leaking, bro, there is a lighter, everything else is still ok

the villa needs renovation. the back bedroom wall is leaking on the wallpaper, there is a hole in the TV room wall, there is a cracked floor, the sofa bed needs to be repaired. the important thing is that water, electricity, gas, smart tv, wifi, and room cleanliness are OK, it's just that wifi is not written/I didn't find it, so I need to contact the admin number listed. the plus is that this villa has a karaoke set which usually villas at this price don't have. according to the cheap price, don't expect much but it could be better.

The villa is quite comfortable in a comfortable and safe housing complex, with good views and air. Standard facilities include smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), WiFi, cooking utensils include 1 small pot, 1 frying pan, a mortar, several plates, glasses, and spoons. LPG and water are also available. The bathroom has hot water which I think is the right temperature, not too hot or cold, just warm enough. The bathroom is also clean. 2 rooms with queen beds that are in very good condition, including sheets, pillows and bolsters. The kitchen is outside the main room, so it's nice to cook without feeling stuffy. The only drawbacks are in a few places, some walls are damaged and the ceramic floor is broken. Overall, it's quite satisfying to stay here for 3 nights.

The villa party that could be contacted was unable to communicate with them. There is wifi but they don't give you the password.

. Kondisi kamar tidur bersih. Begitu juga dengan vilanya. PR wajib: 1. Air di dapur menjadi keruh seperti susu jika waktu mulai sore hingga malam. Pagi harinya mulai baik lagi. Walau begitu, air di kamar mandi tetap bagus sepanjang hari. 2. Kapstok kamar mandi tidak ada. 3. Jika sudah menjadi janji fasilitas, mohon peralatan eletronik yang terhubung dengan televisi diinstall dengan baik. Jangan disimpan di laci. 4. Lantai yang rusak, mohon diperbaiki.
