The hotel staff were friendly, and helpful. The minus point was the breakfast buffet, ingredient quality was not matched with the price!

The staff is ok and everything is fine except the beach is too far away.

The resort looks spacious and beautiful, near the sea but very noisy, the rooms do not have soundproofing. Guests walking in the hallway or talking in the next room can hear clearly. The hotel restaurant has poor service, the staff is not well trained. They do not know how to serve wine, there is no service procedure (food comes out but there are no cutlery, wine bought in a bottle and opened, the cork broke, cork fell into the wine, breakfast is full, there is a table for 2 people dirty, I asked to clean it up so they could sit, but they cleaned a bigger table while that table was not yet occupied). In general, if you are looking for a place to party, it is okay, the food is not delicious. If you are looking for a vacation, you should book another resort, it is very noisy

Bland food, few dishes, inattentive staff

Bad service. Unfriendly staff. My family rented a motorbike and it broke down on the road. We had to walk in the hot sun all morning to find a place to fix it. When we got back to the hotel, we told the staff and they blamed it on us and the motorbike breaking down, not the hotel's motorbike. The service fee is expensive. The service is terrible. It's not worth the actual value.

My room has a view of the sea, the scenery is always beautiful. The staff is enthusiastic and cute. When I went on the weekend, although it was crowded, I was still enthusiastically supported.

The staff here are very attentive, check in and check out are very supportive, my family has a small child and they also provided lifebuoys for my child, the sea view is so beautiful, I will definitely come back next time 🥰

The sea view here is so beautiful, and the swimming pool is super large and clean, great for kids to swim in, the staff are lovely, I have a lot of luggage but they enthusiastically brought it to my room and always greeted me warmly.

My family of 8 adults and 4 children just checked in and were warmly welcomed. While waiting to check in, they served us drinks and even wrote a welcome card. I was very impressed by the lovely staff.
