Drink water dispenser very very dirty. Lots of small particle when dispensing water out of it 😭😭 even the water colour is not transparent anymore. It's ashy and almost white 😭 (we even make comparison of the clear water and the water coming out of the dispenser). Door to the balcony can't be locked. The bed sheet is dirty. The towel is very smelly oh my God 😭. When took a bath, the water leaking to the bedroom from bottom side of bathroom's door. The only good side are the picture is responsive and the location near toll gate. Other things are big no. Sorry 😢

Disappointed staying here. The room is very uncomfortable. As soon as he arrived and opened the door, he smelled of cigarettes. Even though it was stated at the beginning, there should be no smell of cigarette smoke. The sofa upholstery was also very uncomfortable, it felt itchy when sitting on it until I had to ask for the sofa's upholstery to be replaced. The kitchen equipment is not complete, even there is only 1 spoon. The drawers have a lot of dust and dirt. The bed linen also seemed not to have been replaced. The bolster pillow is dirty. Very uncomfortable.

Rent a 3BR but the mattress in 1 room is not suitable for use, the mattress is broken and torn, promised extra bed but no. Hot water cannot be used.
