the place is quite clean and comfortable, all the properties are functioning like AC, TV, water heater, only the water is small. and there is an additional fee of 57 thousand xli long stay

From the location it is close to the ring road, so it is more comfortable. From the facilities it is okay for the price of 130k, only a little smell of KM but not the smell of dirt (don't know what the smell is) and the KM door is broken and can't lock. The room is comfortable, soft case, maybe my suggestion is to use white sheets so that the customer feels the mattress is always clean. The cleanliness of the room is good. Note: originally I paid 120k for the unit I ordered, but it turned out that there was a price difference between the app and the price agreed by the developer (information from the employee) so I had to spend an additional 10k before entering the unit, for me it doesn't matter but this could be homework for those with a tight budget, please fix the price again.

This is my honest review when I stayed here for 1 night on August 16, 2024.1. The distance from the station to this inn is quite far with a travel time of 20 minutes. 2. There is an additional charge on the spot, I have ordered a standard double, but they said it was sold out and had been given to someone else, as a result I had to add money on the spot and got a large room. This is very unfortunate even though I ordered it correctly and the room was empty, but it was given to someone else. 3. The room I got was indeed large, as well as a fairly spacious bathroom with hot water too, clean towels and blankets, the AC was also cold. 4. The parking lot is quite spacious, yes it may seem a bit crowded because it is mixed with boarding house residents there. 5. Check-in time can be until night, at that time I checked in at 12 midnight. 6. The location of the inn is quiet, a bit far from the highway, because the position is indeed in a village/housing area I don't know. This is my honest personal review while staying here, what I regret and am disappointed with is the additional costs outside the application, maybe it can be fixed in the future.
