It was actually disappointing. I didn’t stay in this place. By the time I arrived, the manager led me out to find new hotels on their cost because they found out that they were double booked (?) which did not make any sense at all. They didn’t informed me in advance regarding the issue in my booking and told me to move to the hotels which facilities are not so good (the rooms reeks of cigarettes). The main problem is the lack of communication. They could have informed me earlier. I would have had time to find a proper place without stress. I still left a good review for their facilities, even though I never stayed there, because they begged me to do so. I ended up finding another room by myself. And they’re responsible enough to return my money —————————— Baru beres trip panjang. Setiba di homestay malah disuruh pindah ke hotel lain. Booking udah dikonfirmasi sejak lama tapi gak ada komunikasi apa-apa. Mungkin fasilitasnya bagus ya tapi komunikasinya jelek. Kalau mau booking double cek aja deh mereka mau terima tamu apa enggak.

Room was not provided as I paid for my guest, disappointed! The app should not put a facility without checking. The room and bathroom were dirty. The bedsheet was also dirty. I asked my guest to not check in, and move to another facility.

The staff is friendly, but very late. Arriving at the location is very quiet, it turns out the staff is taking a nap. The staff also met guests with shorts just above the knee. The room that was booked should have been ready to move in, but it was still being used by someone else and was just about to be cleaned. Finally, I was given another room (bigger and nicer). And the staff said that if the person who booked the room had left, they would move. It's a shame that the staff is not up to date with this application so they don't check if there are visitors coming that day. Yes, homestays are different from hotels, at least meet guests with polite clothes. Please improve it again.

Tidak ada selimut, kamar mandi bau dan kotor, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada peralatan mandi, tidak ada sendal hotel, balkon kotor, AC 1 untuk dua ruangan, jadi suara dari sebelah terdengar.
