Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel provides two bottles of water every day, but they are often not delivered in a timely manner. We raised this issue with the female receptionist, but instead of helping us, she simply told us to find someone else and did nothing to resolve our problem. The hotel does not allow guests to bring or eat durian, but when we checked in, the female receptionist did not inform us about this rule at all. We are foreign guests, so how are we supposed to know all of your hotel’s rules if they are not clearly explained to us when we check in? After we ate durian, we were told that we had to pay a fine. Is it actually legal for the hotel to impose such a fine? In our opinion, the hotel should clearly inform guests of this rule before they stay. We feel that this hotel always seems to have different reasons to ask guests for additional money. This experience is extremely disappointing and makes us feel that we are not being treated with respect as paying customers. The hotel's concept is interesting, offering two types of rooms: all-night, which are very dark and windowless (which I prefer), and all-day, which have windows and are bright. The soundproofing is quite good. The location is strategic, and the service is friendly.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's close to the shopping center. This will definitely be our go-to hotel if we visit Makassar again.

Initially, I was excited to see the photos and the price of 800,000 Rupiah per family room. However, after checking in and entering the room, my mood changed. The walls were dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was not very clean, and the air conditioning was not cooling. What impressed me was the friendliness of all the staff, especially the parking and elevator attendants. They were polite and courteous, and they were willing to help guests.
