The hotel is located very close to Brussels Nord train station so it 's easy to take a train from Brussels Airport to Brussels Nord station. Lovely decoration in hotel with lots of plants & terrariums in the hotel. Great for plant lovers and the Botanic Gardens is just beside the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff is ever so helpful and polite. It is also very convenient as it is within walking distance to the Grand Place with lots of shops along the way, including Primark. Lots of eateries & cafes around hotel. Highly recommended.

Bed quite soft & no lockbox, but overall its good cause it 's so clean, neat and room spacious. Breakfast is good!

The room is big enough for three of them with quite a lot of suitcases. In front of the metro, mall and food area.

Clean rooms and toilets. Be in front of the metro. Only if you bring a suitcase from the receptionist to the elevator is rather difficult because they have to take the stairs and walk to carry a small suitcase. Breakfast ok. The elevator is rather small. But overall ok.
