Okay, but for executive size, there's no bathtub, it's a bit lacking, hehe

The hotel staff is friendly, but many facilities need improvement. We got a room on the second floor, which after exiting the elevator requires climbing stairs or climbing a steep incline, which I feel is unsafe for children or the elderly. Our first room, the AC was not cold, after reporting to check, they said the temperature was low, but the low temperature from the test device was not felt at all. Then we were facilitated to move to the next room, the AC was quite cold, but in the morning it was muddy and watery. At breakfast, the food choices were sufficient, the taste was adequate, needs to be improved to be on par with Aston in other locations. I checked with a friend who also stayed but got the 7th floor, he said the AC was cold, but the room was relatively cramped. Even though in the request via Traveloka, I listed the top floor. Maybe we were just unlucky

I had a pleasant stay at the Aston Cilacap Hotel. It's close to the city and the beach. Parking is ample, and the rooms are quite comfortable. A small tip for the restaurant: when eating fruit, it tastes like eating garlic and shallots. Perhaps they used a knife used to slice spices, which makes it smell. Hopefully, this can be helpful in improving the kitchen. Thank you.

Very friendly hotel staff, easy check in and check out. We got room no. 720, 723, 725. Very close to the city center and the beach. The food is also delicious and there are many choices, in short, it is highly recommended for a vacation. God willing, it will be a favorite place if you go to Cilacap again. Advice: if you go to Cilacap, don't just stay for 1 night because you will really enjoy the hotel atmosphere.

There is no staff who can take direct action if there is an accident due to the facilities. I was hit by a ceramic shard while swimming. Overall the hotel is ok and recommended

The female staff on shift 2 was quite helpful in speeding up check-in and upgrading the room, so the kids were happy.

Thank you, the staff is friendly and responsive. Check in and check out are also very easy. It's just a shame that in a class like Aston, there is no telephone in the room to access the reception. So when there is a need related to the hotel, you have to go back and forth out of the room :) Thank you for your friendliness.
