Bad banget! Pas nginep ada kehilangan staff nya cuma bilang gatau bingung! Mana kehilangan Samsung zfold kurang banget dari segi pelayanan dan kebersihan nya cukup hari ini aja booking di sini, inipun karena kepepet banget ga recommended buat booking di sini kalo mau mending di agency lain!

Tempatnya oke, tp pelayanannya kurang, mending langsung ke hotel aja.

Padahal di ket tertulis untuk 3 orang dipikir kasurnya lebar atau ada sofanya ternyata di luar ekspetasi kasurnya hanya double bed dan kalo ditidurin meleot sana sini 🤦🏼‍ ranjang kayunya pun diganjel batu kayanya udah patah, keseluruhan jauh dari kata bersih, alias kotor banyak sampah dikolong kasur, sprei dan selimut juga banyak bercak, baru kali ini nginep tp pengen cepat” plng karena merasa ga nyaman, dan yang lebih parahnya pintunya tidak bisa dikunci dari luar, jadi bngung kalo mau keluar kamar harus bawa segala barang” berharga, dari semua fasilitas hanya kolam renangnya yang bikin happy, semoga bisa diperbaiki segala kekurangan yang ada.

Cuma ranjang single d buat jadi dua saja kakak.

Bonus main air nya keren, mini waterpark dan kolam arus.

Lumayan nyaman, tapi kasurnya pendek. Banget.

The bathroom needs more attention, and the facilities are good, but the drinking dispenser is broken. Most importantly, the mattress I requested should be one large mattress, not two small mattresses combined, which would be disappointing. The point is that there are still many things that are lacking and not appropriate, so please fix them for the future.

I don't know if this is their standard room or what, it's not the same as the picture. Very dirty balcony. There are other people's towels that haven't been taken. In the cupboard there are lots of smelly pillows and bolsters. I don't know if my bed sheets were used by someone or not, because there were traces of saliva on the pillow, aka slobber, to the point where I had to use a towel to cover the pillow. Written for 3 adults. But only 1 towel was given. The bathroom was dirty, sorry. Luckily there was dishwashing foam that I could use to scrub the yellowed walls of the sink and toilet. I vacuumed the yellow brown part of the bathroom floor, the toilet was badly yellow in the feces. Good grief. Return? No. Hopefully my review is useful for the manager. Coincidentally, I was late checking out, I was asked for 50k for cleaning. Then I want to extend it by 3 hours. Luckily I called the operator and added 100k but almost spent 200k just for the fine plus additional hours. It's crazy, it's really hard to live like that. I don't have a problem if the room is clean and according to the price. But I really didn't feel the cleanliness in the room. When I opened it, it smelled of cigarettes too.

The place is nice and clean, my children are very happy with the swimming pool facilities. Anyway, great 👍.

The pool is clean but the slide is rarely slippery. The hallway is very dark.

The room was dirty, there was a lot of cigarette ash that wasn't swept up, the bathroom smelled dirty, the towels were dirty, there was no water, the mattress was not suitable, the internet network was very bad, the TV was useless. Just give up

The AC is not cold. Dirty towels. The internet is slow, the staff are friendly and responsive.

Pertama kali coba di Transpark langsung dapet yang zonk. AC kurang dingin, wifi gak ada kenceng-kencengnya sama sekali, no Netflix, kasur meleyot, sprei kotor parah plus bau ketek 🤢 niat staycation buat ngilangin penat, eh malah zonk 🤣 kapok.

Very good, friendly and humanist service, cheap prices but very good for families close to malls.

Room is good. Only the air conditioner is not cold enough.

Saya nyewa 2 unit. Unit yang 1 bagus, tapi unit yang satunya lagi kebersihan kurang. Puntung rokok ada di kamar mandi dan di area balkon. Bed reyot dan ranjang diganjal. Kulkas kotor dan tak berfungsi. Sarung bantal & seprei tidak diganti. Semoga next time kebersihan ditingkatkan. Plusnya fasilitas kolam keren dan area dekat mall.

Quite satisfied staying there.

Good place, really comfortable, what's lacking is just WiFi, it's a bit slow 👍.
