Our room was unfortunately close to the main road and there was a roadworks around midnight. Luckily, it only lasted from about 11 to 1 am. Then we had another problem with the bathroom, the pipes were really noisy n the water from there kept running all the time like every 10-15 min. We had no idea why, but we were too tired to ask for a room change. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't sleep well because of it. We're not comfortable with the AC position because the wind was directly to our bed. Also, the breakfast menu option was limited, but the taste was ok.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is not varied and bathroom facilities such as toothbrushes have to be asked for, they are not provided directly in the hotel room, so far ok...

Beautiful place, loved the concept especially the fact that there is a co-sharing kitchen - perfect for those that likes to prep their own meals (This was really a plus point for me). Comfy bed and the accessibility to Petaling street was superb. Wifi could be improved. But other than that I’d say 4.8 over 5 ❤️ And also love theeee local art in the room! Will definitely drop in again.

Clean room, convenient transportation area

The hotel is located on a quiet street, clean, the room rate is worth it, the water is flowing, I will come back again.

Positives - room was 100% spotless. Wifi was strong enough to support streaming without any buffering. Breakfast is cooked to order and tastes superb, but menu is limited (5-6 options only). Negatives - no drop-off / pick-up point (hotel entrance is a busy main road). No hotel parking. Next door open carpark is managed by touts and not by a proper company. Room soundproofing can be improved. I did not have a chance to explore the facilities as they were closed for a private event during the 3 days that I was there.

Very easy check in. Glad I reserved here cause my flight was late, no need to worry about absence of receptionist.

I love the hotel concept — simple, trendy, and very suitable for young travelers. The location is great, just 5 minutes from Petaling Street and 8 minutes from Central Market (Pasar Seni). However, there are several areas that need improvement: TV in the Room: It would be helpful to provide cable TV as an option. Currently, only local Malaysian channels are available, which can be quite limiting for guests who want more variety. Daily Housekeeping Service: I understand that linen changes may be done every two nights, but daily cleaning and tidying up the bed and room should be a standard service. This would greatly enhance the overall experience. Limited Staff at the Restaurant: Kudos to the lady who managed the breakfast service alone at the cafe; She was very skillful, and the food was amazing. However, other staff members only arrived at 8:00 AM, while breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. It would be beneficial if additional staff could arrive earlier to prevent any chaos in the open kitchen and improve the guest experience. Overall, the rest of the experience was good. The reception staff were super friendly and talkative. My overall score for this hotel is 7.8/10. Thank you.

Very happy, I checked in late because I arrived at 1 pm. We offer late checkout relief until 2pm. The hotel is very aesthetic and complete and there is even body lotion.

Hotel staff is nice, offered to clean the room since we stayed 2 nights. The room is small but clean, noise from outside is audible but not disturbing.

This is a brand new hotel under Ascott management. The room was spacious enough and the amenities are superb. So glad that I don't need to buy water since they provide 3M drinkable water tap on the mini pantry on the galley. The staff are friendly and nice. But the housekeepers are the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and nice. Very close to Masjid Jamek, Mydin, Petaling and Kuala Lumpur tower.

Hotel located near lrt masjid Jamek (5 mins walk). Lots of food stalls, cafes, mini markets nearby. Walkable distance to Dataran Merdeka, Petaling Street, Central Market/Pasar Seni. Lobby is cute, the staff are very welcoming & helpful. Room is nice, cozy, suitable for travelers who seek for comfort & affordable stay. Facilities are great too! Will definitely stay here again if I come to Kuala Lumpur someday.

Very modern and friendly hotels, near Station MRT masjid Jamek you can access to many places of interest. At Floor G there is a coffee shop called Sloaf selling super delicious food and beverage (please try Mango Oak Tea) very nice, will come back again 🥳.

The location is quite far from tourist attractions, but it doesn't matter because public transportation is very close, just take GoKL, or walk about 300 m from Masjid Jamek station. Close to MyDin, a cheap chocolate shopping place, also about 10 minutes walking distance to Petaling Street. The advantage is that at night the atmosphere is not noisy and we can sleep peacefully after walking around all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Public facilities are very complete, you can even cook if you want, they will be happy to lend you eating or cooking utensils. There is a laundry that can wash clothes up to 10 kg with a token fee of RM21.60, there is a mini gym that can be accessed 24 hours. The check-in and check-out process is very easy. The room is very clean and beautiful, according to the picture shown. In addition to soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes, you are also given conditioner, body lotion, and handshoap. It would be better if a comb and cotton buds were provided. I will definitely stay here again next time.
