I've been a regular when I go to Puncak Cipanas to stay at this hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻 There's a swimming pool for children. 👍🏻👍🏻 You can park your car and motorbike safely in the yard/within the fence. 👍🏻👍🏻

That's cool, the rest is just cleaning the mattress, sheets and blankets

The room was very stuffy, smelled damp, there was no welcome drink, towels were missing, and then they were given after asking. There was no soap, and the shampoo was very runny. The walls were moldy, the toilet was not clean, and the AC didn't work during the hot day, and it was stuffy. At night, it was indeed cool, but the swimming pool was clean and comfortable for children. Hopefully, they will soon evaluate the tenant complaints so that their stay will be more comfortable. That's all, thank you.

The location is quite deep into the alley. The gate is apparently locked at 12 midnight, luckily there is a bell and the guard is not asleep yet. They should have been informed beforehand that the gate is locked every 12 midnight.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the place is comfortable, cool, nice.

The facilities are fairly standard according to the price.

I forgot my ID card..the guard didn't remind me when checking out..please evaluate this in the future.

The road to the location is not good, narrow and uphill. The place is clean, everything is complete but why are the windows not curtained? There are a lot of ants so it's a bit uncomfortable. The staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is sufficient (there are still ants in the room & bathroom), lots of spider webs in the bathroom. The water heater doesn't work. There is no wardrobe, hanger, mirror. Like a transit hotel. The roof is mossy due to humidity. The AC only blows wind, not cold.

The staff is friendly and the place is worth the price, it's just right 👍.

I checked in in the afternoon and evening and immediately checked out to change lodgings, because the mattress was scratchy and the room was damp and the walls were moldy.

The location and view are very good, it feels like you are back in your hometown. The father who looks after him is very friendly.
