The check-in process was very easy, the villa staff were very helpful if there was anything needed, the swimming pool was clean, it was fun to see the kids playing in the water, the whole family liked this villa, if I come to Kebatu again I will definitely stay at this villa, thank you.

Actually, the location is good. Close to the tourist area, & easy to reach. We only intended to stay at the Villa for a staycation. The only unfortunate thing is the cleanliness of the Villa. When we entered, the floor was dirty, sticky as if it had not been cleaned. In front of the fence there was a lot of garbage piled up that had not been taken, so that the effect was that many flies entered the Villa. The bathroom also smelled. The swimming pool water was also not very clear. Then we entered the room, it seemed like the bed set had not been replaced & the pillows smelled like someone's sweat (especially the room on the 2nd floor near the balcony). After we called the manager, to be fixed again, the bathroom smelled good, some of the bed sets were replaced. Only for the room on the 2nd floor (near the balcony) the bed set still smelled. The floor was also still sticky, and the garbage piled up outside the fence had not been picked up. Maybe it was the effect of the end of year holiday (because we stayed 3 days before New Year), so it was peak season. But in our opinion, whatever the season, there should be more attention to the cleanliness of the Villa. Oh yes, there is another thing, for the kitchen equipment, it is also not very clean. There are some kitchen equipment that even looks moldy (for the Grill). There is no dish soap 😀 We were supposed to stay for 3 days, 2 nights. But on the 2nd day, we decided to go back. It's a shame that with the good condition of the Villa, the cleanliness management is not well-maintained. Hopefully it can be better maintained next time. Also, a suggestion, for the side of the pool, maybe a barrier like glass or high acrylic can be added, so that when someone swims, the water doesn't splash into the living room & kitchen area. 1. I entered on Saturday at 14:00, I deliberately arrived early at 12:30, it turned out there were still guests who had previously stayed overnight, who were already preparing to go home and the staff from the Villa were not there. 2. After the previous guests had left, I saw that the curtains were accidentally open, so I could see the front of the 1st floor room, which had not been tidied up, etc., I thought, hopefully this will later be replaced with bedsheets, pillows, etc. , it turns out it wasn't replaced when it was cleaned by the staff, it was just fanned out and swept by Pell. 3. Two cleaning staff came at 13:00, I thought if I could come in quickly at 14:00, but it turned out they cleaned it quickly, at 13:45 it was finished, even then I saw that they didn't bring freshly washed sheets or blankets or whatever, just bring a Pell cloth and a mop. 4. It turns out that the cleaning wasn't optimal enough, at least in a month or a week, it was maintenance for the leaking sink on the 2nd floor, and the loose synthetic grass was glued again, then the bathroom was at least cleaned until it was clean. The corners, under the stairs, there's a lot of sand from the ants and it doesn't get swept away. 5. It's good that there are prayer mats and other carpets on the 2nd floor in each room, there are no Qibla directions yet. 6 under the table chair and bring the mattress, if it's dirty and can't be swept, at least sweep it. 7. Floor. To pick up towels or used swimming clothes, there are no stenliss hangers, give stenliss hangers like that, cook, just give them a long raffia rope. Just put it in, hopefully it will be better in the future and we will try again next time. Thank You.

The rooms are spacious, the cooking utensils are complete, the children love the large pool, it's easy to find food at the local Go Food, it's also recommended, it's cheap and delicious, the hot water is on. It's really good.

The villa is clean, fragrant, beautiful and spacious. There are 4 rooms, 3 on the 2nd floor. Mukenas are also provided in the cupboard. There is also a warm water bathroom. Shampoo soap and complete trash can. Wide balcony with sunrise view. There is a swimming pool which is not deep for children, it is clean but there is a lot of chlorine scattered around. When I asked for help cleaning, the villa staff was very friendly and immediately alert. For top service. Complete kitchen set. Gallon water and 2 LPG cylinders are provided. There is a karaoke room complete with active wifi. Overall awesome❤️ Thanks👍🏼

The villa is really satisfying, the parking area is spacious, the rooms are nice, modern, the rooms contain 4, each room has a balcony, the main thing is top top, don't hesitate to order this villa.

Overall this villa is nice and very comfortable, and clean enough, complete kitchen equipment, sugar, LPG gas and gallons of water are also provided which are quite abundant in stock, a comfortable living room is highly recommended because there is Netflix and the sound system makes it great, the wifi is quite fast , there is a balcony for sitting on the top floor as well as relaxing, the check-in - check-out process - and customer complaints are very fast in response and this really facilitates communication, the swimming pool is quite large and clean, because it's indoor so it's definitely not possible to get too hot. The minus is that the villa next door is being renovated so the activity is a little disturbing from morning to evening. Then in this villa there is also no AC / fan. - Hopefully in the next villa there will be an option for villas that are air-conditioned / provided with a fan, because if the room window is opened, mosquitoes will automatically enter the room and new visitors will also be afraid if it's not safe / someone will break in because they don't understand the conditions the surroundings, even though it's cold outside (in Batu Malang) at night, but as soon as you enter the room it's a bit hot too I think if the room window isn't opened, I hope this option can be reconsidered. The service is very good, the house is quite big, the pool is wide, minus the garbage for the 2nd floor there is no. That's all. Others are satisfying.

The place is comfortable, clean, it's just that cleanliness can still be improved. I'm training the children to always be disciplined in disposing of trash in its place, unfortunately in this villa when I'm in the room and want to take out the trash there is no trash can and I have to go downstairs to dispose of the trash.
