On the 2nd day, we tried to offer her to move to Setiabackpacker, which is located about 150-100 m away, by walking into alley 2, walking about 3 minutes, not 500m as she said, because there is still room available on the lower floor. However, her sister still chose to stay at Setibackpacker 2. Again, I would like to say that drying clothes and towels outside/on the balcony is not our staff's job, especially if the clothes and towels are blown away by the wind. Our staff still helped find her clothes that were already on the neighbor's roof tiles. We handed them over well and she accepted them herself. For towels, after we searched for days, they were found in the neighbor's alley and could not be reached by CCTV and we didn't take it, we have a photo of a towel that fell in the neighbor's hallway, which is impassable for humans, so we had to use bamboo to pick it up.
