The room is good, clean, comfortable bed, cool air conditioner, warm water, close to many places to eat and shopping. The staff take good care of you. Take care of everyone

The best choice to stay in Hanoi, near to the Lake. Near food around the hotel. Nice shower, smooth and stable hot water. The staff is very friendly and speak English. After a while moving hotels, Grand Fiesta is the best choice to stay!
