The experience couldn't be worse.
The location far from the center is acceptable, but what disappointed me the most was the service attitude of the reception staff. When my friend asked about the safety of the parking area because he saw the car parked outside, no one watching and people coming and going freely, the staff not only did not explain clearly but also showed an unpleasant attitude, frowned and answered curtly: "We have always left it there, sister", then turned away.
The room facilities were degraded, the swimming pool was covered with moss and the water was quite dirty. I could have overlooked these things if the customer service was good enough, but unfortunately it was not.
On a stormy night, the whole area had a power outage. The worst thing was that there was no announcement or apology from the accommodation. We had to brave the rain, holding flashlights to find help, but the reception desk was completely empty, only an old security guard was sleeping. Luckily, he was very enthusiastic and friendly, which helped to calm my anger.
The next morning, our group left the area at 3am and returned around 7-8am hoping that the electricity would be restored. But it wasn't. There was no notification sent to the guests. When we asked, we only received a superficial answer: "Not yet, it rained so hard last night." By 12pm, when we checked out, the electricity had still not been restored.
I really don't understand why I had to pay to stay in a room that was as hot as an oven, and had to endure a power outage without any notice, explanation or apology.
I was very disappointed with this experience. If the operator continues to provide service like this, it will be very difficult to keep customers coming back.
