The downside, the room is not neat, the balcony is outdated, the view from the balcony is not blocked by bamboo trees, the view is quite good on the roof of the room, the swimming pool is cloudy, it stings the eyes and there are no lights in the swimming pool so it is not comfortable to swim at night, the bathroom concept is open but not good because visually it is outdated, the view of the grass and trees tends to be dirty because there are many leftover renovation materials. The plus, the location is okay, easy to reach even though it is not near the beach, the guard is on standby and kind, even giving fruit from the harvest, there is a tennis court, and it seems pet friendly because there are 2 friendly dogs.

-The toilet has black mold on the seat -The vinyl floor covering is peeling -The water in the bathroom is dirty and cloudy, the shower is covered in moss. The toilet water comes out small..So you have to wait a long time to flush and wipe -The cat meows every time we eat, asking for food too -The cat climbs onto the dining table, licks the plates used for other people's breakfast -The cat is fed on the table. No signage on the road. No lighting (dark). No signage once we arrived. Old buildings. Hot room, the AC was only turned on once we get to the room. The floor needs some mending. Table was tilted. No body wash & shampoo. Only hand wash. Most importantly, some dogs were unleashed, this was very uncomfortable for us, if only I'd known earlier. No room service. The light went out for about a minute. The pool was unclean, didn't even bother to try out the facilities, except playing tennis for a while. Definitely won't come back, sorry.

Kondisi sebenarnya jauh dibanding fotonya. Terutama kolam, bangunan utama dan kafenya. Mungkin dulunya kondisinya seperti itu, tapi sekarang sudah seperti tidak dirawat bertahun-tahun.

Lokasi hotel bagus, kamar hotel cukup bersih cuma seperti kurang terawat, kami batalkan menginap disana, begitu kami sampai suasana seram, sekeliling suasana cukup menyeramkan, mulai pintu masuk yang tidak ada petunjuk, sampai dilokasi yang penerangannya kurang

Karena tema nya alam, mnt untuk furniture nya di renov ulang. Terima kasih.

I booked the sun room and it's super comfy, the room smells good and clean, large swimming pool, you can play tennis too, you can see city light in the night, the service was nice 👍🏻

Pesan kamar 2 hari namun tidak dikasih kunci kamar untuk dikunci dari luar, kata penjaganya aman, namun kami tidak percaya dan memutuskan meninggalkan kamar secepatnya dan tidak balik setelah 1 malam. Ini resort apa hostel? Pintu kamar mandi dari kaca transparan, tidak ada tirai penutup. Dinding bagian depan kamar hampir seluruhnya kaca namun gorden tidak dapat menutup sempurna.

First and last time. Booking for Eid holidays. Take a quick look at the pretty good apps like the hidden gems in Pl Ratu. Right until there is no signpost for the name of the road, it's a bit creepy, it's still like a forest and the road is a bit damaged. Enter greeted by guard dogs. There is no receptionist. There is no key for the Wabi room. Thank God the officers are friendly. Limited food. In the room there is no dispenser. No shampoos. there is no water hose in the toilet. No TV. Even though the room rates are quite pricy. During the stay lots of flying insects and spiders in the room. The hotel room has no guardrails, it is not child friendly. Lots of porous wood so be careful when you stand. Dirty swimming pool. I don't understand what is used as a service in this place, the application should be even more selective in including this type of hotel on its lodging list, because it is not feasible. The shock was that at night many young people had parties until midnight with full loud music that reached our room. Hopefully it will be a correction for hotel management.
