Boring hotel, room cleaning is not neat and tidy, no accompanying services! Price is high compared to service level

The staff are very enthusiastic everyone.

Clean, airy room near the city center. Can ask staff to clean the room whenever needed. The receptionist is also friendly. The service here is super okkkk, nothing to complain about 😘

Room is clean, not too new but clean. Staff is enthusiastic in supporting customers. I will continue to visit if I have the chance. Room is undertandably clean. Great service from the hotel staff. Highly recommend.

Old room, damp, dark, not clean, broken hair dryer

Nice location, spacious room, clean. However, the device is below average. Old blankets are worn out, screws come loose, old plastic doors. Photos are very different from reality. The staff is very nice, cheerful, attentive.

Trải nghiệm rất tốt, dịch vụ hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình, phòng ốc còn mới sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên có một góp ý nhỏ khách sạn nên thêm các tag dọn phòng/ hoặc không dọn phòng để khách treo ngoài cửa, để tránh tình trạng nhân viên buồng phòng gõ cửa, mở cửa phòng trong lúc khách đang ở phòng. Sẽ quay lại
