Friendly staff, especially the security. Clean and accessible, cozy atmosphere. And especially convenient because it's close to my son's office.

Honest review. I found this hotel because my husband was graduating from Pullman with a master's degree. I was looking for a hotel on short notice and found this one. I didn't have any expectations, but when I arrived, I was amazed. It's sooooo good! Most importantly, it's clean. Yup, because I brought a toddler who really needs to be clean. And the staff are very friendly. Parking is easy, and the staff are friendly 24/7, and they don't sulk. It's really great. My next staycation will be here because I haven't had a chance to try the rooftop.

Stayed in a suite. The room was okay, but honestly, the cleanliness was very lacking. When we first entered the room, there were food crumbs on the floor. The balcony, unfortunately, was so dusty that I had to wipe it down with a tissue. The food was okay. The staff was okay.

This is a perfect place to stay, as it's conveniently located near shopping centers and offers a full range of amenities. There's also a restaurant and cafe on the rooftop, so you don't have to leave the hotel for a relaxing coffee.

Nice rooms and affordable, quiet, no noisy mosques. The food is also delicious. Sadly, there is a little bit of a bad smell in the room even though it's a non-smoking room.

With the price offered including breakfast, the hotel should start improving the food variety and taste, because that way customers will continue to come there if they want to stay in West Jakarta.

Actually the place is okay for that price, but unfortunately the room is not soundproof so in the middle of the night you can't sleep because there are many people passing by and opening and closing doors which can be heard, the karaoke place can also be heard all the way to the room
