Advertisement says there is wifi but it doesn't exist AC is dirty, floor is not clean

The cleanliness is really lacking, the facilities are there but it's dirty, it looks like it's not cleaned properly, so I'm itchy and can't sleep.

the picture is different with actual room. the room is dirty with smoked detector off. I ordered because of the picture was nice and non smoking room, but it's not. very zonk. I want my money back.

The sheets, pillowcases, bed covers were all dirty, as if they had been used and then replaced.

Can't get a refund even though it hasn't been received yet.

Maaf kecewa banget, lantainya kotor ga layak lepas sendal, kamar mandi kotor banget bau, fasilitas sangat kurang, tv ga nyala, kasur kotor debu, dikasih handuk tp basah bau apek🥲 Kapok pokoknya.
