Stayed here when I returned from touring zero KM, the hotel staff was not friendly, seemed indifferent, the title was a suite room. There was no soap & toothbrush (the reason was out of stock) the TV was broken, the room floor was oily (spill marks) and it wasn't clean enough to clean it, I actually wanted to get a refund but couldn't. Yes, what can you do? Just once, hopefully there will be changes in the future.
