Gorgeous hotel with a really quaint old world feel. Really genourous room facilities. I would have preferred a bath to a shower but I wasn’t given the option at booking. Staff all really pleasant and helpful.

A beautiful hotel

Customer service and experience was excellent. Anita and Amy made us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast, table service rather than buffet, always preferable and good fresh coffee. Easy parking. We were pleased with our room and slept well. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a very good stay. Room was to front of hotel so quite a lot of traffic noise. Although the hotel has secondary glazing it’s not very effective. Staff were helpful and very polite. Bed was a little firm for me but it’s hard to please everyone. Parking to rear of hotel which is great as the hotel is in town centre. Coffee machine in rooms but would personally rather just have a kettle. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Charged us for breakfast for 2 people and refuses to refund it despite us not even being at the hotel that morning for breakfast. Contacted them multiple times and just avoids the emails. Now having to claim it back off my bank.

Lovely hotel with fab staff and great breakfast

Great accommodation in the town centre with on-site parking. Room was excellent. Dinner at the hotel was great as was the morning breakfast that was cooked order. Good range of wines at the bar. Only negative is that there is no lift to the upper floors.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was first class and plentiful. The meal we had in the restaurant was also very tasty with a good menu choice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We were a party of 4 and so had 2 rooms both of which were beautiful .They were spotlessly clean. The staff were really polite and helpful and could not do enough for us . Parking on site was great too. The breakfast was amazing and so tasty. All my party of 4 said we will definitely be returning. its also in the heart of Sandbach which is a beautiful little town with lots of bars and restaurants all on your doorstep.

Room was lovely, well located. Staff were lovely, but it felt understaffed both at dinner and breakfast.

Loved The Wheatsheaf for our night of rest before heading to The Lakes. Modern, clean rooms with friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty.

Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads.
