Room was always clean. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Would be back.

We love every part of it !! Except the room ,food option. the I feel like the bathroom in the room needs an update , I feel like the food could use more of a Mexican taste instead of an American taste. People go to Mexico for the food the experience not pasta most of the time but beside that everything else was great! Outdoor pools were beautiful, great staff. Everyone is always helpful , kids loved it!

Terrible food. not a pretty beach very deceiving from photos. snorting trip was a rip off not as promised. do not recommend

There was cockroaches in the room, the room was not how it looked in Expedia, the tv wasn’t working, staff went inside the room without knocking & while we had the “do not disturb sign” hanging in the door, the all inclusive was not all inclusive! Horrible experience!

Room was clean with a great ocean view, but could not get a beach chair at all. Not enough available at the beach or the pools.

Cuídense la limpieza de la habitación, creo que tienen chinches ya que mi mama mi esposo y yo tuvimos ronchas aunque subió el personal y no las encontró el colchón se veía como con huevesillos o sucio a las orillas

The pools.. there is substantially no lounge chairs by the pools, and the number of chairs available on the beach is not nearly enough for the number of guests. I’ve never been to a Cancún resort where the pool was really unusable for sunning. Thus was the first one. The food.. it wasn’t very good. Maybe nothing was seasoned very well? And the restaurants were very difficult to reserve.

First time to a kid friendly resort so I didn’t know what to expect. My only suggestion would be to have on going activities for kids of different ages. My daughter is 12 and there was not a whole lot of activities for her to do during the day with kids her age. But other than that we had an amazing time, the staff was great and the food was delicious.

The property was good overall. The food was decent and staff were helpful. I had issue with booking my stay online via Expedia. I thought when you booked a room it was for two guests, obviously it wasn’t and I had to shell out another thousand dollars for my spouse to stay with me in same room. I felt Expedia agents were really unhelpful in resolving my issues, especially one of their male agents that ghosted me when I most needed their help/support. When you book your stay, pay particular attention to the number of guests allowed. Also the taxes charged at the property were 3x higher than what Expedia quoted. I’m so disappointed with Expedia and won’t be booking my stays anytime soon with them. Very disappointed with Expedia service!

3 of us in a room that accommodates 4. Daily housekeeping would not provide new towels daily. I needed to call and they would insist on only providing 3 towels.

If you’re traveling alone, do not recommend

The stars I’m giving this hotel are honest, but generous. The hotel is actually two hotels. It was really difficult to find anything. Lots of restaurants, some you had to have reservations for. We downloaded the app, but no map on it &we tried to make reservations for one of the restaurants, but when we arrived at the restaurant they unapologetically didn’t have our reservation. The food at the buffet was tolerable, at best, disappointing because we love Mexican food. I really regretted paying for this all inclusive. Our stay was for 4 nights and I paid $1394 usd. On the morning of the 3rd day we took 2 of our 5 bags out to the car to take some things to my mom who was staying at a different hotel. When we walked out of the hotel the bellman asked if we were checking out, we said no. Then another bell man asked for our room number & the checkout slip. We said we weren’t checking out. By the time we walked to our car we had 4 people asking us about checkout. We got in the car and the blocked all the exists & WOULDN’T LET US LEAVE. I was forced to go to the front desk and sign a charge for $52.00. I have no idea what that was for and I will be charging back. After that we were allowed to leave the property. It was crazy. I went and stayed with my mom at the other hotel, on our HONEYMOON.

Over all, great experience. Group of 12...babies up to seniors...we will come back!
