Nice hotel, location is about 3-4 minutes outside Akureyri but you get a great view of the city and the mountain that inspired the logo, from the parking lot at least. The rooms are clean with about average space and comfortable beds and good blackout curtains. Breakfast is NOT included with the room rate and must be purchased beforehand, but the dining room has a microwave, fridge, and sink open to guests. Self check-in, and we didn't see any staff on site on our one-night stay but you are given contact info. Great great amenity is the warming closet, included in the room rate and lets you dry your clothes overnight! Awesome for us since it rained the entire week we were in the country. Overall nice place and worth the price.

This place was super easy and convenient. The room was great. It is set up for viewing the Northern Lights with nice big windows. We were there during the summer, so that didn’t matter, but I’m considering returning during the winter.

Very modern, very clean, and just everything you need, but even better are the views all around. A perfect time in Akureyri.

This was one of our favorite hotels from our trip this year! We loved the self-check-in process—the access code was sent in advance, and everything worked seamlessly. Parking was conveniently located right next to the patio, making it easy to bring our luggage directly to the room. The room itself was modern, clean, and very well maintained. We also used the shared kitchen amenities, including the kettle and microwave, which were spotless and well cared for. The room was equipped with a coffee maker and a refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. Overall, everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This is our 3rd time to stay here over a two year period totaling 10 days. We love the quiet area location. When there was. Problem once, it was immediately taken care of. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel! The hotel sent over the check in instructions days ahead of time, really easy to follow and to get into our room. Big beautiful room with mini fridge and coffee in the room . Was really easy to park right by our patio to load and unload the car.

Nice facility mostly geared to the skiing crowd. Overall decent, but self serve. The hot tub was nice to have access to.

There's no staff in the vicinity but check in was smooth. You have to check your messages if you booked through a third-party. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. Will book here again!

Stayed here one night with my sister and had a great experience. Only place we stayed with AC so that was a huge bonus. Self service was easy, the bathroom and room were great. Would definitely stay here again

Their is a common fridge that is very well appreciated where you may leave your unused food and condiment, peanut butter, beer, jelly, butter was found. It was very helpful and eco friendly, we were able to complete our dinner and breakfast. Place is clean and quiet with a good view over the mountains and city.
